1. Good morning Cougs! Today is Monday, March 31st. Please continue to walk right and talk right while speaking at a level 1 volume in the halls. Keep cell phones and wireless headphones and earbuds stored away and out of sight for the entirety of the school day and keep getting to class on time, with your materials, and your backpacks stored in your locker. Thanks for exhibiting expected behavior and contributing positively to a school community we can be proud of. Words matter and character counts!
2. This week we pause to recognize our amazing Paraeducators! Our Paraeducators support students, staff, and families day in and day out. They provide instructional support and work tirelessly to ensure students get what they need to succeed. Take a moment to thank our Paraeducators this week for their dedication and contributions to our school community.
3. Today, we are excited to host Chris Scheufele for grade level assemblies. We will be running an alternate bell schedule with no Cougar Academy and having grade level assemblies in the gym during 1st, 2nd, and 3rd period. Chris will be engaging us in spirited activities focused on building resilience and how each of us can contribute to a positive school community.
4. Girls soccer and boys basketball take on the Goodman Roadrunners tomorrow at home. Our student athletes have shown amazing grit throughout the season and we are excited to see their efforts on full display. Go Cougs!
