Announcements 6/22

1. Good morning, Cougs...today is Monday, June 22nd. Keep walking right and talking right while keeping to a level 1 volume and staying within your personal bubble. We hope you enjoyed Field Day and Lake Helena last week. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Dykman, Mrs. Welander, the ASB/Leadership students, and all of the staff and parent volunteers who made for such a fun celebration to cap off the school year.
2. A huge shoutout to our amazing PTSA for all of the money, time, and effort that went into making the end-of-year events and especially the 8th-grade dance so special and memorable.
3. Official Chromebook check-in has concluded, but if you were absent or missing your Chromebook or charger, please bring them and turn them into Mrs. Gilman right away so you are not fined the replacement cost. Fines were assessed on Thursday of last week, and a notice was sent to families who have a fine to be paid. Fines are expected to be paid before you leave for summer break.
4. Yearbooks are out. Please show respect for the yearbook team and the owner by only writing kind and positive messages. Defacing or vandalizing another student's yearbook will result in purchasing them a new yearbook at the current price. Be thoughtful and inspiring as you send your peers off to summer break. Please do not take these out in class unless you have permission from the teacher. Remember to get your yearbooks while they last. There are still a few left for purchase. When they are gone, they are gone!
5. Locker clean-out will happen this afternoon. You are responsible for ensuring your locker is in the same shape it was when you opened it in September. 6th graders will empty lockers in 4th period today 7th graders will empty in 5th period, and 8th graders will empty during 6th period today. Please leave your locker door open after removing everything from your locker.
