Announcements 10/31

1. Good morning, Cougs! Today is Friday, October 31st. As we close out Bullying Prevention and Disability History & Awareness Month, remember: inclusion and respect aren’t just for October. Let’s continue to make KPMS a place where every student feels included, valued, and knows that they belong.
2. Please continue to walk right and talk right while speaking at a level 1 volume in the halls. Keep cell phones and wireless HEADPHONES and earbuds stored away and out of sight for the entirety of the school day. Remember to stay within your personal bubble, keeping your hands and feet to yourself.
3. Today's bell schedule is CA, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Only students who are purchasing a grab-and-go lunch are released at 11:24 to pick up their lunch before heading home. Please line up in an orderly fashion, remain at a level 1 volume, and do not open or eat your lunch until you arrive home.
4. Wrestling practice begins on Monday. All registered wrestlers with all registration forms completed should meet their coaches in the main gym after school. We are excited to get the season underway!
5. Remember that our PTSA annual holiday wreath fundraiser is in full swing! Each Cougar Academy class is working hard to sell the most wreaths, and the winning class will earn a special breakfast party hosted by the PTSA, and the teacher earns a $25 gift card of their choice!
6. Congratulations to our new 8th-grade ASB representatives, Sebastian Vitorrio, Silas Brooke, and 7th-grade representative Paul Stevens. They will be joining our current ASB officers in planning student events for the remainder of the year.
Friday Riddle: A cowboy rode into town on Friday. He stayed for three nights and rode out on Friday. How is this possible?
