1. Good morning, Cougs! Today is Thursday, November 20th. We continue marching into Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month. Did you know? There are over 570 federally recognized tribes in the United States, each with its own unique government, culture, and traditions. Native America is incredibly diverse!
2. Please continue to walk right and talk right while speaking at a level 1 volume in the halls. Keep cell phones and wireless HEADPHONES and earbuds stored away and out of sight for the entirety of the school day. Remember to stay within your personal bubble, keeping your hands and feet to yourself. It takes all of us to ensure an inclusive school community where everyone can thrive socially and academically. Remember that words matter and character counts!
3. KPMS wrestlers travel to Goodman today to take on the Roadrunners. Go Cougs!
4. Tomorrow, we wrap up Spirit Week with Cougar Pride Day and our 1st Quarter awards and recognition assembly, where we celebrate school spirit and the amazing accomplishments of so many KPMS students. Get your swag ready and show off that Cougar PRIDE!
