Announcements 4/9
1. Good morning, Cougs! Today is Thursday, April 9th. Throughout the month of April, we honor the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of students whose families serve in the military. Military students may sometimes be new to our school, but they are an important part of our community. Let’s make sure they feel they belong and remember that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Take a moment today to include and support one another.
2. Please continue to walk right and talk right while keeping to a level 1 volume and staying within your personal bubble. The student store is open today for both lunches, so let's keep taking responsibility for keeping the cafeteria clean, socializing at a level 1 volume, staying seated until released for honor time, and transitioning from honor time to class at a level 1 volume. Also, please continue to keep your cell phones and wireless headphones/earbuds stored away. Make it happen Cougs!
3. Sign up for Track & Field! You can sign up through FinalForms on our website.
4. ASB election season is here. KPMS and PHS need positive school leaders. Interested 6th and 7th graders can apply for 26/27 KPMS ASB President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Current 8th graders can apply to be PHS Senators for the 26/27 school year. If you want to lead, have a voice, and represent your class, applications will be available in the main office starting on Monday, April 20th, right after spring break.

6. Ticket sales for the sale are complete. If you purchased a ticket, you will receive your wristband during 6th period. Please follow expectations while lining up for the social and during the social so you can stay and attend future events.
- Please create a single file line to one of the entry doors with your wristbands on. Please wrap the line around the building and keep voices and bodies under control.
- Exhibit expected behavior and follow schoolwide PRIDE expectations at all times.
- You may not leave campus and return for the social.
- Backpacks/belongings stay in lockers. Make sure you grab everything you need as the hallways will be closed until the social is over and you will not be able to access your belongings during the social.
