Announcements 5/29

1. Good morning, Cougs...today is Friday, May 29th. As we wrap up the month of May, let's remember the importance of maintaining our mental health along with our physical health. Remember that social media can sometimes impact mental health. Taking breaks from screens and spending time in the real world can help you recharge. Being yourself is enough. You do not need to change who you are to belong or attempt to chase the altered social media ideal that we often compare ourselves to.
2. Please continue to walk right and talk right while keeping to a level 1 volume and staying within your personal bubble. Continue to keep voices to a level one, walking in from honor time and to class, and taking responsibility for keeping the cafeteria clean. This is a reminder that your toys should remain at home or in your locker. Energy drinks of any brand are not allowed at school. Please consume those at home if your family is good with that. Also, please continue to keep your cell phones and wireless headphones/earbuds stored away. Make it happen, Cougs!
