Announcements 6/1
1. Good morning, Cougs...today is Monday, June 1st. Please continue to walk right and talk right while keeping to a level 1 volume and staying within your personal bubble. Continue to keep voices to a level one, walking in from honor time and to class, and taking responsibility for keeping the cafeteria clean. This is a reminder that your toys should remain at home or in your locker. Energy drinks of any brand are not allowed at school. Please consume those at home if your family is good with that. Also, please continue to keep your cell phones and wireless headphones/earbuds stored away. Make it happen, Cougs!
2. The amazing KPMS Drama Club showed out on Friday night and Saturday afternoon this past weekend. The show was absolutely hilarious and it was evident that each member of the Drama Club played a pivotal role in making this year's production something special. A huge shoutout to all of the actors, production crew, and to Mrs. Abrigo, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Sampson, and Mrs. Gregory for all of the time and effort they put in throughout the year. Go KPMS Drama Club!
3. Our amazing Cougar PTSA held their Spring Market fundraiser this past Saturday, and we are so grateful for the time and effort they put into this fantastic event. Their support of our school community is so special, and we appreciate all of the hard work they've put in so far this year!
4. 8th graders: Your permission slip for PHS Preview was due yesterday, and the field trip to PHS is tomorrow. Your permission slip for the JA field trip is due tomorrow, with the field trip coming up this Thursday and Friday, depending on which group you are in. You will not be able to attend without a parent's signature on the digital form that was sent out through ParentSquare.
5. Lastly, we are so excited to welcome in our incoming 6th graders today. Please go out of your way to create a welcoming environment and model Cougar PRIDE!
