Announcements 6/2

1. Good morning, Cougs...today is Tuesday, June 2nd. Please continue to walk right and talk right while keeping to a level 1 volume and staying within your personal bubble. Continue to keep voices to a level one, walking in from honor time and to class, and taking responsibility for keeping the cafeteria clean. This is a reminder to 6th and 7th graders that expected behavior is directly connected to your eligibility to
Field Day, and for 8th graders, the Lake Helena field trip and 8th-grade dance after the Moving on Ceremony. Finish strong and make it happen, Cougs!
2. 8th graders: Those with signed permission slips will be heading to PHS Preview today. Please enjoy your time and represent Cougar Nation proudly as you learn about your freshman year of high school. Remember that permission slips for the JA field trip are due today, with the field trip coming up this Thursday and Friday, depending on which group you are in. You will not be able to attend without a parent's signature on the digital form that was sent out through ParentSquare.
Lastly, 8th graders: The link to registering for Seahawk 101 is now in your grade level Schoology folders. Seahawk 101 will be held on Tuesday, August 18th, and will be a time to get further acquainted to high school life, get your schedule, meet staff, etc. Please RSVP using the link in Schoology.
3. Remember that Chromebooks will be turned in by all students on June 15th and 16th during your Social Studies class. Take time over the next couple of weeks to get them cleaned up, pull all stickers off, and ensure you have your charger ready to turn in on these dates. Fines will be assessed and are expected to be paid before you leave for summer break.
