We are partnering with Peninsula Community Health Services to offer Well-Child Visits and Sports Physicals on Friday, August 29th.  This is a great opportunity for sports physcials as fall sports are right around the corner!

Scheduled appointments are highly encouraged due to walk-in availability being limited.
